Orders placed before 10:30 am are dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 10:30 am are dispatched the next working day.
Once dispatched, your parcel typically arrives the next day (including Saturdays). Tracking details will be provided as soon as your parcel is shipped.
Delivery dates are estimates only. Very occasionally, there may be slight delays with dispatch or with our courier partners, particularly during peak times, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving swiftly.
Our standard express next-day delivery rate is £5.95.
Please remove your products from the insulated box and liners, and refrigerate them as soon as possible after delivery.
The outer ice pack bag is made from LDPE and can be recycled with plastic films and carrier bags at most large supermarkets. You can find your nearest recycling point via the Recycle Now website
All boxes and liners are doorstep recyclable and reusable.
In the event that any of the cheeses you have ordered are unavailable, we may substitute them with a similar product of equal or greater value.
We’re unable to amend delivery details once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, please place a new order.
Whilst our couriers endeavour to deliver to you next-day, there may be unforeseen circumstances where delivery can take longer, particularly during busy periods, however please be assured that chilled items are packaged to stay fresh for up to 5 days.
Chilled and perishable items must be delivered on time, and customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking details. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place.
We regret that we cannot take responsibility for missed deliveries, for deliveries left unattended, or issues arising from incorrect address details. Please contact the courier directly for any problems with delivery or missed parcels. It’s the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and liaise with the courier if any issues arise.
