Mozzalloumi combines the crispy, golden-brown crust of Halloumi with the gooey, melty center of Mozzarella, offering a unique texture that brings together the best qualities of both cheeses. It is delicious when pan-fried in slices or cubes and pairs well with flatbreads, pesto, cooked breakfasts, or as a dip with chili sauce.
