Description

ChicP Beetroot and Horseradish Hummus is a signature creation from British brand ChicP, founded by chef Hannah McCollum with a mission to fight food waste using surplus and seasonal vegetables. It blends sweet, earthy beetroot with a warming hint of horseradish for a dip full of colour and character.

This vegan hummus has a generous helping of vegetables folded through its chickpea base, giving it a fresh, vibrant flavour and a thick, satisfying texture. The natural sweetness of the beetroot is beautifully offset by the subtle heat of horseradish, making every scoop interesting.
