Description

Seggiano's Rosemary Handmade Flatbreads are light, crispy Italian lingue infused with aromatic rosemary for a lovely savoury, herby flavour. Thin and satisfyingly golden, they carry the fragrant, piney notes of rosemary against a clean, artisan flatbread base, making them a beautifully aromatic accompaniment to all manner of dishes. Handmade in Piemonte, a region famous for its wines and rich culinary heritage.

The dough is made with the simplest authentic ingredients, including Italian extra virgin olive oil, then rolled out by hand and baked to a deliciously thin, golden crispiness. Seggiano, founded in 1985, champions this kind of genuine, small-batch Italian production, ensuring real quality and flavour throughout. These flatbreads are vegan and palm oil free.

Highly enjoyable for antipasto snacking, they make a perfect complement to cheese and pair wonderfully with dips, soups, and Mediterranean antipasti. Light and full of savoury, herby character, they are an elegant addition to any cheese board or Italian-style sharing spread.

May contain traces of sesame, hazelnut, almond or walnut. The flour used in this flatbread is from a mill which also handles soya.;
