Description

A Korean pantry staple, Ssamjang is the sauce we use to take our BBQ experiences to the next level.

Its flavour profile has the best of both worlds: a delicious blend of fermented soybean paste (doenjang) and gochujang, combined with our secret ingredient (a hit of vegan mayonnaise!) meaning it's naturally vegan!

Use it as a dip or dressing- it’s simply good with everything!

Ingredients

SOYbean paste (SOYbean, WHEAT, salt, koji, water, alcohol), rapeseed oil, water, sugar, plum syrup (plum extract, sugar), fructooligosaccaride, vinegar, lemon concentrate, garlicconcentrate, chilli powder, onion, modified potato starch, MUSTARD powder, salt, xanthan gum (E415).
