Biona Organic Forest Fruit Spread is a rich, deeply fruity preserve made with a generous 55% mixed organic berries, including strawberry, blackberry, redcurrant, elderberry, blueberry, and raspberry. Like the rest of Biona's spreads, it contains no refined sugar, sweetened entirely with apple juice concentrate and apple puree, which lets the full, layered flavour of the woodland berries come through vividly rather than being masked by added sweetness.
