Each blend is built from whole leaves, flowers and roots rather than dust: rooibos and hibiscus give Morning Berry its colour, three separate mints go into the mint infusion, and oat flowering tops, chamomile and valerian root sit quietly behind the evening cup. The matcha and green tea pairing has a grassy, faintly savoury edge, while the lemon and ginger cup carries a warm sweetness from a touch of manuka honey. None of the five need milk or sugar to taste finished, and together they run from bright and fruity through clean and minty to deep and settling.
