Vivani 100% Cocoa Chocolate and Blood Orange is purist cocoa enjoyment in its highest form. This large-format, thin bar contains only cocoa mass, cocoa butter, and cocoa powder, all made directly from the cocoa bean, with completely no added sugar, making it ideal for a sugar-conscious diet. A tiny drop of essential blood orange oil brings a fine, fruity note that plays beautifully against the strong, fine-flavour cocoa aromas.
Vivani has been a leading name in European organic chocolate since 2000, and this bar belongs to its biodynamic Demeter collection, made to the strictest organic standards. The fine-flavour cocoa comes from three farms in the Dominican Republic and is completely traceable, and as with any good bean-to-bar chocolate, the roasting and grinding of the beans takes place in-house. It is naturally vegan.
