Stroop Club's Traditional Caramel Stroopwafel is the classic Dutch treat done right - fully organic, 100% plant-based, and winner of the World Plant Based Taste Awards in London. Each stroopwafel sandwiches gooey vanilla caramel syrup between two crispy, chewy cinnamon waffle cookies, made with organic wheat flour, sustainably sourced palm oil, molasses, and Madagascar bourbon vanilla bean extract. There are 8 stroopwafels per 240g pack.
The classic way to enjoy a stroopwafel is to place it on top of your hot coffee or tea and let the steam gently melt the caramel filling for about 30 seconds - pure indulgence. They're equally good eaten straight from the pack, crumbled over coconut yoghurt or porridge, or broken up as a topping for ice cream. They make a brilliant afternoon snack, lunchbox treat, or something special to share over a cup of tea.
Stroop Club was founded by Dutch expats who brought their stroopwafel iron with them when they moved to the US, and have since upgraded the traditional recipe into a fully organic and vegan version without sacrificing any of the original's flavour or texture. The packaging uses post-consumer recycled cardboard and compostable cellophane. No artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, trans fats, or corn syrup - just honest Dutch baking with a clean conscience.
