Gran Luchito was founded in 2012 by Fergus Chamberlain, who returned from a life-changing trip through Mexico determined to bring genuinely authentic Mexican flavours to the UK market. Starting at a stall in Maltby Street Market in East London, the brand grew into one of the UK's most beloved Mexican food ranges, certified B Corp and a proud member of 1% for the Planet.
