Tangy tomatillos, onion, garlic, and coriander complete the blend, made entirely by hand in Mexico from fresh ingredients using an authentic recipe. The result is vibrant, layered, and seriously hot, with a genuine fruity heat that builds slowly and lingers with real satisfaction.

This salsa is handcrafted in Mexico under the Gran Luchito ethos, which has been at the heart of the brand since Fergus Chamberlain founded it in 2012 after falling for authentic Mexican food on a formative trip through the country. Now a certified B Corp, Gran Luchito remains committed to traditional Mexican culinary techniques, locally grown Mexican ingredients, and a refusal to compromise on quality for the sake of shelf life or cost.

The perfect balance of sweet, sour, fruity, and hot, it works beautifully as a dipping salsa with tortilla chips, spooned over tacos, quesadillas, and nachos, or used as a bold, fruity sauce to cut through rich, slow-cooked dishes. It also makes an excellent marinade base for tofu, jackfruit, or cauliflower where the heat of the habanero and the sweetness of the mango can caramelise together.
